My 12th year in the US started in Japan. My jet lags and making the mistake of turning on wipers instead of the turn signal both last about the same time.

Ok Holly taught me how to post with the right aspect ratio and how to find the folders to upload to ig.
My 2025 was really fun. I learned a lot and had so much really cool opportunities. My parents turned 60 and my siblings and I bought them a nice gift for them for the first time?
Also I started going to the gym, I’ve been caffeine free since march, and I’m like really good in the kitchen now. Gang gang, eat zucchini. I love y’all. Happy new year!!🎊
I got to mix FOH for Beauty School Dropout for a few busy days. Thanks to the band for having me🥰
FOH video, Me very tired from driving and mixing my ass off, my second Rocktober shirt for Big Wild and letlive, I love SF for having like 10 Japanese restaurants within 2miles radius, Bardo’s mom’s cake was sooo good.
Happy new year! I went to UK 🇬🇧 for the first time for a Los Angeles Power Disco tour in December.
Afterwards, I flew from Edinburgh to Frankfurt to visit my big sis, flew to Japan to visit my friends and family, and came back in LA.
It’s my 10th year in Los Angeles in 2025 since I moved here when I was 18. This time I went back it hit me harder how insanely beautiful Japan really is…!
It was so cool seeing Suzuka come back to the stage from the back of the sold out venue either by crowd surfing or on someone’s shoulders every show. I even caught her shoe flying at my monitor console in NY😂
I’m gonna try posting here more often… yesterday I mixed the band by great and powerful sax player, Scott Mayo at Resident DTLA. I used literally every XLRs in the little closet for the 11 piece band and made it sound spectacular. Scott told me after the show, there were about 4 sound engineers in the audience and that everyone loved the sound... (It was easy because they’re all FANTASTIC musicians !!!) one of the engineers in the audience was one of the best in the world, Moogie Canazio, who I met in my previous job as an assistant engineer at NRG. He and I did about a week of recording Greg Phillinganes, Nathan East, and Steve Ferrone to name a few… I love doing sound no matter what the job is and moments like yesterday remind me. I feel so blessed. (The picture is when I forgot something and y’all don’t need to know lol)
I had to sell my first car to a junkyard today... Catalytic converter got stolen and I just had to let it go. I got a another same model Civic as a blessing from father-in-law but this was also a good Civic and it served me well. I got it for $1700 3 years ago and I couldn’t even lock the doors. It burned oil, speakers were busted, but it drove like a champ. A sad day
