I live by these and when im locked in they lead to so much growth in a little amount of time for me personally
1. form>weight!! idc how much ur pushing if ur pushing wrong its only gonna lead to injury not growth ..take your timeee!
2. EATTT !! u better eat and eat some more. clean bulking is so much better buttt balance above all! ur weight in protein and then some. Some people start weight training and in their head think they should eat less to see results but the truth is when you start exercising you need to eat even MORE to fuel your body.
3. mind to muscle connection. goes hand in hand with number 1 but lock in and PAY ATTENTION to where you’re feeling the burn.. and adjust accordingly
