To my 5 year old self, You’re a smart, brave and talented person, you’ll sometimes draw at some weird times but you love what you do and nobody can stop you. You’ll have moments when you think you arent good enough, or arent special. Youll feel abandoned, feel like a loser at times and you will feel lonely. but youre gonna meet some amazing people, experience some crazy things go to such cool places and through it all become a really strong person.
I believe in you.

There’s a lot happening right now, but art remains art—boundless, expressive, and beyond politics. I hope this exhibition can serve as a voice for Indonesia even in Japan.
