The evening opens with Ukrainian sound artist
@odarkazyrko , whose work moves between tenderness and unrest: memory, displacement, distorted homesickness, and the quiet urgency to act. Her album A Year in Sounds and Whispers compresses 2024 into sound — “a work that is simultaneously hopeless and hopeful.”
While the subject matter is deeply painful, the artists seek to create a space of care — a place to reflect on instability and loss, while sharing small moments of comfort. Tea will be served by the creators of one of Kyiv’s most beloved tea spaces, alongside drinks from the welcoming
