I wish I was faking it🤷🏾♀️
But unfortunately MS appears in different forms and can fluctuate from hour to hour let alone day to day. I'm always in pain, take a million meds to try manage my spasms, have issues with my short term memory, my bladder, fatigue likes to fly kick me in the head...the list goes on. But trust me on days when I feel energised, I be living life while i can.
Dynamic disabilities are common and ambulatory wheelchair users are the majority. Not everyone in a wheelchair is "paralzyed" as some have assumed i am🤦🏾♀️

The last few days/week has been hard. MS, heat + severe anaemia while trying to reduce symptom meds make for a crappy combo but we push through!
Today's challenge was trying to get my foot spasms to chill 🙃 (slide 4) but let's not judge my toes😅 they're long and horrible lool and that's my drop foot side so they get caught often and have taken a battering the last few monthaand I didn't realise how bad until I took off my biab the other day. So we're working on them but thought I'd show you my reality and the little things no one thinks of
