Hot on the heels of my first release the Koji C X R , this coffee follows the same philosophy of showcasing something exceptionally new and different. Presenting the first of its kind in India , the Pectin Natural process.
This coffee is an Arabica, specifically a Bourbon varietal grown in my home state of Tamilnadu in the shevaroy hills, it was processed using a pectin enzyme to feed the yeast fermenting this coffee. Resulting in a cup thats velvety smooth and fabulously well balanced, no funk to be found.
A bag of 200g of whole beans is available for ₹900/bag plus shipping anywhere in India.
