Hey Everyone, this is very new to me to stand up on my own and genuinely ask. But here it is: The Praise House Language Workshop has been a beautiful journey and we are almost at our capacity for our public event on June 16th!!! Bringing this vision to life has propelled my true becoming. Developing my understanding of my responsibility to the beliefs I cherish, my faith and my walk with God. Then to create this vision alongside community members who sincerely support the process and the vision has brought me to whole new space of humility and grace to do the work in caring for myself and community. The Praise House Language workshop is really something special that many people have put their heart and soul into in order to connect with God and support others. As I continue to bloom, as we continue to bloom, and as our relationship with God continues to bloom. We'd like to ask for your support along the way. ✨Praise House Language Workshop 4/27/24✨ Proud of this one: Check out our page @beautiful_beleaf for more context. I'm doing better than I've been in a long time and its only because I am not alone. God is with me every step of the way. I fall down and get back up again everytime. Leading to our workshop was a process and took many sessions of trial and error, but we made it! The amount of genuine JOY we experienced when we reached our culminating event made me so proud of myself and the participants, artists, and care professionals who put all hands in to make this possible. Through a guided process that centers care, participants of all backgrounds, beliefs, and experiences are warmly welcomed. Such a Lovely Honor to be featured on WGN Spotlight Chicago. I am so thankful to have received the award of the 2023 residency at the Chicago Cultural Center. Across 12 weeks creative artists, care professionals, and I have incubated Praise House Language Workshops for select families and participants in our community.
