Wow. Issue 10 of the Lucid Monday Magazine featuring @kaytranada . 10 real magazines. This idea changed my life forever and it would have never been possible without Laura & Madison believing in the idea and building out the world with me. I’m so grateful this is real life & I’m extremely appreciative of our team (Ryan!!, Haley, Caitlin, Jet, Jenab, Cam, Natasha, + everyone who’s helped along the way). Thank you to every producer we’ve had the blessing to feature. All of this started due to real passion for music producers globally and to create a platform where you can discover/learn more about who they are. Thank you to Will, Aidan, & Nick for helping make 10 so amazing and possible. I have a lot of random thoughts so to see them come to life is quite mind blowing to me. A real dream come true. All the support really means the world to me.

This whole idea started from a conversation with Aidan & a pb&j. It’s remarkably unassuming— the peanut butter and jelly sandwich — it is complex in its simplicity, the sum of its parts, coming together to create a taste so smooth it seems easy to perfect. Every ingredient is essential — bread toasted just enough for there to be a light crunch to support the silkiness of the peanut butter, jelly so fresh it tastes like the fruits were just cooked down moments ago, fragrant yet delicate, and the peanut butter, crunchy or smooth (opinions will differ of course) brings the whole thing together, sticking to every taste bud to bring excitement to each bite.
Our team is a PB&J — working so seamlessly you might mistake their hard work for a simple task. Like each part of a classic, timeless, beloved sandwich— each part of a team has to carry its weight. Aidan was our bread, holding us up on his back. None of this would’ve been possible without Aidan. Real life wizard. Caitlin, Maddy, and Laura, our jelly, working to bring the details to life like the way a homemade strawberry or grape jam completely changes a pb&j. Real life snipers. Ryan, Haley, Jet, and Leah, our peanut butter, filling the cracks smoothly, keeping us together, and pushing us over the finish line.
