• PVC FENCE•
We have removed the old block wall that had no drainage, re blocked the wall, core filled it with concrete and capping stone to finish it off. Painted and then installed a PVC fence on top to gain complete privacy for the property. We do a bit of everything here at JWR Built!
I wasn’t looking forward to working with this product but it turned out to be amazing and came up looking a great.

This second story landing had suffered severe water damage over about a 20 year period, this shot shows how extensive the damage was once exposed.
Full demo and rebuild now means this porch is both safe and useable for the home owner ☑️

This space will be used as a gym but could also be used as a sitting area, extra sleeping space, home office or so many other things.
Deck frame was prepped with a bitumen waterproof paint for extra protection, merbau deck, shower post and eave cladding, finished off with some nice copper pipes and taps to complete the look.
