Our Summer Art Camp scholarships make it possible for kids ages 6-12 to spend the summer painting, drawing, and building, all at no cost to their families. With support from the Lehigh Valley Community Foundation’s Trusted Response Grant, we’re awarding 3–5 full-tuition scholarships this year. We’ve designed the application to be quick and friendly: a short form, your choice of how to show financial need, and a few questions for both parents/guardians and campers. Apply by May 31st, or call 484.759.7613 and we’ll help you through it.
Please note that scholarships are for the 4-week JuxtaHub Summer Camp program and cannot be applied to the Theatre Camp for Teens and/or the Slingshot Esports camps running on the week of July 20.

We’ve officially kicked off our Youth Boat Building Program in the Lehigh Valley—and it’s already making waves. This past week, we partnered with Community Bike Works to train their staff and volunteers in building lightweight, one-person canoes using a unique skin-on-frame method. @communitybikeworks
This program is about more than boats—it’s about hands-on STEAM learning, creativity, and building confidence through making.

Our summer camp serves children ages 6-12 across four one-week sessions. Campers explore visual arts, making, and emerging technologies through hands-on projects, with daily activities, meals/snacks, and outdoor time.

🪴 Love plants and gardening? This one session workshop lead by @mollsolszew_pottery will teach you basic handbuilding skills such as slab building and joining multiple pieces of clay together to form a planter. you will also learn the pinch pot technique to make the water dish for under your planter.
Your instructor will take care of the glazing and firing. Once your pieces are completely finished your instructor will be in touch with a pickup date about 2-3 weeks after the workshop.

There will be tables set up for guests to trade plants with each other. We ask that plants are on the smaller side (no more than 12 inches in height & width), lively or newly propagated, free of pests. House plants and outdoor plants are welcome. Get ready for an exciting summer at JuxtaHub for ages 6-12! You’ll find our 4-week Summer Camp program packed with a broad mix of activities, including ceramics, 3D printing, drawing & painting, illustration, printmaking, fiber art, storytelling, and more.
All camps are held at our newly renovated facility, conveniently located at 375 S.10th in Emmaus, where we provide plenty of creative art & STEM activities, outdoor adventures, and guidance from experienced staff members in a small group setting.
Our goal? To help young people build confidence, forge new friendships, and discover their creative potential. But at the end of the day, our hope is that our campers walk away with the best lesson of all — learning is fun!
