FILMMAKER SPOTLIGHT. Fiona Fryd.
Deadweight Champion is the first single and music video by the Danish garage rock band Juvenyle.
The director Fiona Fryd is a longtime friend of the band and says this about the process of making the music video:
âWhen making the music video of course we wanted to make a great product, but most importantly we wanted to have fun creating it.
The band are probably the funniest people I know, but they are also very dedicated to their work, so I wanted the video to capture that.
To this day it is still my favorite project I have done, just because of how amazing it was to work with the band and crew. We truly had a great time, and I think you can feel it in the final product.â
