Welcoming Julian Chow to Team JOOLA 🇭🇰 Selected for the UPA Asia Trailblazers program, Julian is part of a new generation of players stepping onto the global stage. A key figure in Hong Kong’s national setup, he was part of the team that secured a historic silver medal at the 2025 Pickleball World Cup! From representing his nation to competing on the international circuit, Julian is part of the next wave pushing Asian pickleball forward. Late post but what an incredible experience and privilege to represent Hong Kong at the Pickleball World Cup. We had a great run but fell short in the finals to Team USA. Despite the result, I'm so proud and lucky to be able to share the court with all my amazing teammates @pickleandmarco @ryannnlam @nikita_tny @michelle729 @venisechan A big thank you goes to the 🐐 Edward and our awesome 50+ team, we wouldn't have made it this far without you guys. Thank you to everyone cheering at home, thank you to @joolaapac.pb for the paddles 😁, and last but not least, thank you @hkcta_pickleball for the opportunity.

Three and a half month 'work' trip in the States 😮‍💨 🥀 Thank you to the @loscabpickleball and socal pickleball fam, ya'll know who you are, I appreciate every single one of you for making me feel so welcomed on and off the court. A special thank you to two people in particular: @archive.ant , big papi, the guy who makes everything happen, one of the kindest and most generous people I know, who is so frustratingly quick-witted yet somehow so unfathomably slow-footed, I've been in your debt since last year and continue to be in your debt. Thank you for keeping it real and taking care of me (and everybody else). @ninh_nuguen , my doubles partner, drilling partner, gym partner, life partner, coach, chauffeur, passenger princess, personal chef, landlord, tour guide... and the only reason why my trip was so enjoyable and (un)productive. I couldn't have done it without you but I definitely could have done without the big back BOGO deals every now and then. It was a pleasure sharing the court with you every time, and I'm incredibly thankful for everything you've done for me; letting me crash in the garage, waking me up with breakfast in bed 🥰, showing me around all the best food spots... I could go on and on but I'd run out of characters. Anyways, I'll settle the debate and proclaim you as the TRUE Vietnamese 🐐. Back to Asia and onto the next, I'll see ya'll soon.
