Our lovely guest of the week is Moja Mwangi, a photographer, creative director, and overall multifaceted creative in Atlanta. She is the creator of the “Atlanta’s Own” showcase that highlights musical artists in the Atlanta scene, a member of the IJU collective, and started a project titled “JUST give us our flowers” that provides recognition to the black women who are driving forces in the creative scene. Her creative direction never goes unnoticed, whether it be in her photography or notably working with fellow IJU member S.U.R.F on numerous visuals and projects. She is such a delight and I’m so happy I got the time to sit down with her to learn about her creative journey. FULL EPISODE LINK in the bio 🤗
