I am grateful for my life and those that are in it.
My band has new music coming out on February 1st and I'm excited to finally get more out. We have so much planned for this year. The shows are getting crazier, the crowds keep growing, and people are showing up for us more than ever.
We went through some awful growing pains over the past year plus, and yet people kept supporting us and showing up. I'm lucky to have made so many new friends and good people in my life over this time being a part of a band. I'm grateful for you all who support me.
My life feels healthy.
I feel excited for the future again.

Hello, I'm sharing a life update with yall.
It's good! Still have a lot of work left to do on my brain. So, I'm headed back to therapy for the first time in 6 months and wrangle anxiety in more. But it's a never ending journey. And that's alright.
I'm growing my hair back out again, too!
My band is releasing a music video on Wednesday.
We have new materially we've been preparing for our next EP and we hit the studio to record a single for it in June.
I got my motorcycle running again, and plan to do some trips this year to show y'all.
I'm making a true effort to change my life for the better each and every day. I'm close to being debt free, as well.
I'm on a better path to being okay in life. And I'm gonna protect that, build on it and do cool shit.
I've leaned heavily into how perspectives are a massive part of how we go through life, and I haven't always had a positive one. Plenty of examples of negative experiences to justify it. It's just not worth it. I like being happy and having positive people around me, close to me.
I like the people I have close and I'm thankful for them every day.
One year ago today, my band @violentendsc Debuted at @groundzerovenue and it hasn't stopped since. We've played 22 shows in 12 months our first year together. We've had ups and downs. We've made a lot of memories. It's been one of the most fulfilling things I've ever been a part of. It makes me happy. We are carving our own path. I'm so thankful for everyone that supports me and shows up. Yall are the shit đ¤
