in the middle of nowhere on Jeju Island —
refined cooking, thoughtful wines,
and an atmosphere that felt like magic.
It always moves me deeply
to find people who follow their own direction —
outside the box, guided by taste, depth, and passion
Every moment there felt special…
and the food?
Absolutely unforgettable!
The best pork (jeju black pig) I’ve ever eaten —
and Oliver devoured it too…
which, as we all know,
means it passed the highest standards 🫣🙄

Reuniting with my beloved KM family from across the world filled my heart more than words can say.
From Málaga to Singapore and now Milan — Jessie and I somehow keep finding each other on this wild ride.
Seeing my KM tribe from the U.S. again honestly brought tears to my eyes —- it’s been over 7 years!!!!! 🥹
And all the friends I have met in the EMEA team … each time we come together, I feel more at “home” 🫶
So grateful for a global family that shares the same passion, creativity, and magic.
