it does not feel like it has been three weeks. No matter how many times I sit down to write something out, I can’t find words to say. I don’t know if I ever will. I seriously love you so much. I was so fucking happy that we had finally been able to keep in touch with you out of treatment. I was so so happy how well you were doing for yourself and to see how genuinely happy you were. You would be happy to know you pushed me to get a therapist. And my therapist asked me what can I do to honor you. I didn’t know what to say for a moment, and I realized it is what I have been already doing. Reaching out to the love of your life and making her MY family now. Being there for our niece and nephew and being the best auntie I can be for the both of us. Spending as much time as I can with the people we both loved, grieving together and just loving one another. I’m trying really hard I swear as hard as I can but man idk when it’s gonna get easier. Josh pointed out to me how skinny I was cause apparently three weeks since is enough to show I haven’t had any appetite. I’m trying for you. And I will continue to, because I know you would tell all of us to pick ourselves back up and quit bitching. But all of us will spend the rest of our lives doing what we can do to honor you.❤️‍🩹 I feel so proud to be able to call you my brother in law. I love you so much man. i miss you so much tommy. and idk if the day will ever come where i don’t break inside every time i remember, but i feel at ease to know i will always have your support along my life journey 💜 you’re the best spirit guide i could ever ask for, and i do feel at peace to not be ignorant to the real things in this world like death, i feel at peace being a spiritual being knowing that you are not gone, energy doesn’t just go away, it’s repurposed. and every person and thing your energy was repurposed for is so so lucky to be exposed to such a kind soul💟☮️
