If you know me at all you know I love my hometown of San Diego, moreover my two favorite spots of Clairemont and Mission Beach. Thinking about it one of the reasons Mission Beach means so much to me is because of my cousin Matt. He’d pick me up from school in my aunt Betty’s Buick Regal and we’d shoot down to Mission and cruise the boardwalk when I got my first skateboard 🛹 We were the only boys in our family of crazy women where we were outnumbered 3 to 1 and I think that’s why we always connected and had our inside jokes. Today would have been his 61st birthday but he’ll be forever my cool cousin who’d pick me up when he could to take me to the greatest place in the world, that we both called home in our lives, Old Mission Beach, that’s where I put him in this pic of him with our hometown in the background. You’re loved and missed cousin.
DJ Club founder, Just Marsh, will be playing the music that makes the whole world sing this Sunday from 10a-4p, come sing, play, eat, drink, or whatever with him at Audio Bar.
Both of these events are at Audio Bar tonight, the funny thing is I went to make a quick promo video that would include both events and the Creepy Plushy Party, it goes till 8 o’clock tonight. really had my attention because it sounds cool and probably fun, obviously it’s sold out so I don’t think you get in to make a plushy, but you can go check it out. When I typed in creepy teddy bear creeping on YouTube these two videos popped up. The interesting thing is the second video apparently is of a possessed teddy bear in England.
