One day it feels like you're doing everything you can and yet you're not doing enough, working endlessly hard to be what you want to be. Then suddenly, without noticing, you have become the thing you wanted and more.
I have worked pretty hard to become an actor, stunt performer, and writer. I finally let myself do it professionally and full time at the start of 2018. Ever since then I've been feeling like I'm not doing enough even though it feels like I'm also doing everything.
And then this week I was on three different productions, talking with a director to make my own movie, talking with different groups of local talent and far away talent to make a new series or new projects. It is only today that I sit down and realize that I have done a lot and have become what I wanted and more.
There is still more of what I want to be, but it feels like I'm building up to make that happen too. An endless thank you to everyone who's supported me so far, here's to keeping pushing and making even more happen!

3 film sets, 3 projects, 3 days in a row. It feels great to be working! After February and January were filled with work in LA, it feels even better to be working locally in Albuquerque once again!

What was January for me? It was proof that someone can be doing wonderfully and terribly all at once.
At the beginning of the month I got called out to LA for a surprise audition and booked the rule.
My country continued its fall into fascism with government agents blatantly murdering citizens in the street.
I booked acting work locally in a short film and got to go out to LA to film another film!
I had to bury my beloved Boston, a cat who has been with me for the past 11 years, through some of the hardest points in my life making them all better.
Oh yes, I have been doing wonderfully, I have been working hard and making strides into making my dream and career take off, and I have been going through some unbelievably terrible times. The only way out is through, and your damn right I'm going to continue to work hard and accept the good while working to minimize the bad in my life and the lives of others.

It all started with a text.
I got invited to train in LA by @tonysurphman and got to run into familiar faces like @lukasstoiber and meet some incredible new folks like @foreign.factor

Let's just say things are looking up and I am glad I picked up that text!

Time for an end of year recap!
The short version is, I stayed busy. I was working on at least one thing every month, sometimes they were short films, sometimes they were music videos, sometimes it was networking or future films or any number of things.
I met many amazing, wonderful new people and I continue to work with the amazing team I am a part of. Always looking to act more, but it's good to get on set no matter what.
Here's kicking even more ass in the new year!
Before we forget, I am primarily an actor, and that means a whole lot of practice doing scenes in a self tape format.
It is unbelievably helpful to keeping my skills sharp to have @livecrewproductionsnm do their actors work out night multiple times a month!
