Our pantry items are a way to hold on to Juny’s a little longer, even after you’ve left 🫶🏽 Take home our Congress Peanut Butter, a rich Hazelnut spread, or our Croissant Butter for slow mornings. If you like adding something unexpected to your cooking, our Kachampuli from Coorg brings a deep, tangy edge that’s hard to replicate. You’ll also find our Juny’s house coffee blend made with @riversidecoffeeco , and the cortado cup we use every day, made with @bolcha_coorg , also available to take home. Pick them up at our store, or order online for delivery across Bangalore. A small piece of Juny’s, for wherever you are 🎁

Everyone loves a Snickers, but have you tried it as a tart? We took those flavors we all know and love and turned them into something a bit more special. It’s got that classic gooey caramel, plenty of roasted peanuts, lots of sea salt and a silky ganache on top. We really wanted to get that caramel consistency perfect, it’s the chew that mattered along with the flavours and I think we did it. It feels pretty nostalgic and we hope it tastes that way too. Come by and let us know what you think! Available all week, all of April 🍫

When we were looking for the perfect chocolate for our pain au chocolat, we didn't just look at the product, we looked at the people behind it. That’s how we ended up partnering with @pascatichocolat . 63% dark, the chocolate sticks go very well with our croissant dough. We warm the PAC ever so slightly, allowing the chocolate to melt to get that perfect bite. Seeing the heart they’ve put into the craft from day one made it an easy choice for us. Our PACs are buttery, flaky and it’s packed with chocolate made by people who love it as much as we do 🥐🍫

You guys already know how much we love passionfruit at Juny’s 💛 For us, this cake is basically summer in a box—bright, zesty, and never overly sweet, just the natural zing of fresh passion fruit. We source ours from estates in Coorg and Kerala, so the flavour really shines through. This cake is built on a olive oil chiffon base, something I fell in love with while eating my way through Australia and Japan. I picked up a special mould during my travels—the kind with a hole in the centre that helps the batter bake evenly and hold its shape. Once it’s out of the oven, we flip it over and let it cool upside down (usually on bottles), so it stays perfectly light and airy instead of sinking. Might not be your usual order—but definitely one to try next time you’re in ☀️

Mango season has officially returned to Juny’s, the one we wait for all year. 🥭☀️ This cake is all about letting the fruit shine. We use Raspuri for the jam, and a mix of Badami and Imam Pasand for the fresh layers in the middle. The soak and sweetness are adjusted depending on the mangoes each day, so their natural flavour stays front and centre. Layered in between our delicate chiffon and finished with a touch of lime zest to balance it all. 🍋‍🟩 Come grab a slice while the mangoes are at their peak and make sure to come early before it sells out!

Ever wonder what it actually looks like behind the scenes? It’s a little bit of everything, from picking up calls that don’t stop, fixing things that break at the worst time, cleaning the neighbourhood and somewhere in between, actually getting into the kitchen and getting my hands messy. It’s not always smooth, and it can get pretty exhausting, but honestly… creating a space where you can just walk in, slow down, and enjoy a really good cake and coffee makes all of it feel worth the effort, for the most part 😉

Joseph leads the kitchen with a lot of care and intention. He focuses on using ingredients that people here genuinely enjoy, keeping things simple and honest. For him, it’s not just about cooking it’s about making food that feels familiar, comforting, and something people would want to come back for 🍽️ Next time you get our pasta, or a sandwich and it slaps, you know who is making them for you @ajchef.007

Looking back at the many days and nights at Juny’s, we’ve seen full tables, familiar faces, and all the little moments in between 🥰 We sat down with some of you on our birthday this year, and it reminded us how much this place is really about the people who walk in. Thank you for coming by, bringing your friends, and spending your time here with us 🎂

We’ve had a lot of fun trying out different forms and flavours with Ube these past couple of months. So of course we had to bring it into our basque cheesecake just to put a purple twist on something you guys know and love. We steam the Ube to retain its beautiful colour to the maximum and puree it with some water to pull out its deep vanilla and nutty notes. That puree and some coconut cream, makes this basque what it is. It's served with a tangy passionfruit jam on the side. 💜 Grab this weekend special one last time before it leaves the menu!🏃🏽‍♀️

We’ve had a lot of fun cooking with strawberries this season, so we’re ending it with a classic 🍓🍫 Moist chocolate cake layered with a 70% chocolate cremeux, sea salt, strawberry jam, and fresh strawberries. Finished with more ganache and fresh berries on top. Chocolate and strawberry, a pairing so good that this cake always sells out. Try and come before 4pm to get yourself a slice! 🍓

Here’s how the UBE event looked like! 💜 It honestly felt like a little movie with so many elements! Our wonderful host, chef Ria led the way by showcasing the beauty of ube- apart from its hues, but also the flavour and pairings🍠 This was also a fantastic reminder of how such freshness and unique ingredients are available!
