先日久留米でピアニストのJun Tylerとの即興セッション動画を撮影しました❣️(この動画ではない)
久しぶりに生楽器の音色が全身の内側に沁み渡るのを感じながら、まさに、内側から溢れるような身体感覚を持って踊れるのは幸せでした😃
そして、相変わらず自分の練習不足を痛感。

何もなくてもちょっとでも必ず毎日踊っておく事。
筋トレも柔軟体操も踊る事も同じでやはりこまめに(?)継続しておく事が大切な気がします。
これから、自分でそういうルーティンを作っていきたいところです。

It was a journey of trial and error and I discovered a ton of things about practice, finding solutions to tricky passages/technical problems and the music itself. 1-Week Pressure Practice Challenge
Day 3 Interleaved Practice
This takes a lot of discipline to stay on track with your practice plan for the day. Firstly, you do need a plan! Be specific. For today, I decided to practise 4 things, three variations from Mendelssohn and one movement of Beethoven. I spent roughly 7 minutes on each piece, then repeated the same thing twice(the plan was three, but I got distracted playing other stuff😐 I tackled the tricky parts and it forces you to be fully engaged and hyper focused as I have a limited time on each piece. It was a challenge!
