We’re always looking for ways to keep improving what we do for our clients, and a big part of that is surrounding ourselves with the right people and perspectives outside of the business.
Appreciate the opportunity to get out of the office to reset and reflect on what’s ahead.
Some afternoons remind you just how powerful a room full of great people can be.
Last week Juno Advisory hosted our International Women’s Day lunch in the Committee Room at the MCG, with our very own Sharron Willing hosting the day. And what stood out most was the generosity in the room. Stories shared, connections formed, and plenty of moments that made people pause and reflect.
Firstly, to our incredible panel - Mia Klitsas Priscilla Hajiantoni Sujata Raman MAICD. Thank you for sharing your stories so openly. The honesty, the insights, and the reminders about backing yourself and believing in your path gave everyone in the room something powerful to take away.
We can all agree there were plenty of moments of inspiration (and a few laughs too).
And finally, thank you to everyone who joined us.
For showing up.
For bringing someone along.
For leaning into the conversations and connections in the room.
Days like this are a great reminder that growth happens when we back ourselves, and it rarely happens alone. It happens when people support each other, share their experiences, and encourage the next step forward.
While the formalities came to an end, the conversations certainly didn’t.
People stayed, enjoyed another drink, kept the conversations flowing, and spent time getting to know the incredible people in the room.
Because sometimes the most powerful part of an event is what happens after the panel finishes.
Thank you again to everyone who was part of the day, and for making it such a special way to celebrate International Women’s Day with the Juno community.
