Hello, it’s me Anna, behind Junipers social media! FIRST DAY OF TOUR TODAY, and we’re super excited. I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your support so far. Thank you for watching our videos, liking our posts, sharing our content and all that. BUT i also wanted to say…what we really do best is play music…we all met at college and started from there and this will be our 3rd year of touring now.
Guess what…presales are getting better!! Across the country there is huge concern for bands with people buying tickets before the concert. Bands having to cancel gigs because there’s not enough presales and not being able to rely on ‘on the door’ ticket sales. However I think there’s been a small shift and it’s all down to you!!! We don’t take for granted those people who buy tickets before. We see you, we thank you, and yes we need you!!
Each ticket keeps a band afloat. And let’s be honest, live music has a huge impact on the world. Live music has never disappeared and it never will. There’s a reason for that. It’s the most powerful source of story telling. It takes us to a different place and you get share it with that audience for that one moment in time. I could go on forever about the art of listening, but I’ll save that for another time.
