For most of my 20s I recorded and toured with this band, we never expected to still be a band in our 50s but somehow we went and played another show last June. It’s fun to realize you share a whole timeline with a handful of randos who accidentally became family (along with our wondrous partners who endlessly enable our little activities while patiently gassing us up) We even made a new song for the first time in 30 years and good news we’re just as out of step with popular culture now as we were back in the day In conclusion getting old is stupid but also ok?
