Hey Jungle Box fam!
If youāre new here, hi š my name is Ryan!
This is one of those āhow it started vs. how itās goingā updates.
Two years ago, Jungle Box Studio began as a creative outlet for my love of nature.
Since then, itās grown into more than a hobby. Seeing so many of you build your own little worlds with me has made this whole journey feel really special. And especially hearing from those who came in with the mentality of, āI have a black thumb,ā and somehow kept theirs alive is truly rewarding to hear!
Many of you have even adopted this hobby and started creating more living pieces for your space. It means a lot to know that something I started is now part of someone elseās routine and joy. Thank you all for the kind messages and photo updates you share.
With everything happening in the world right now⦠war, climate change, and economic uncertainty ā so much of that feels outside of our control. I hope these little ecosystems can be a reminder that there are still things within our hands, and that even small acts of care can make a difference āļø
Calling all plant lovers, you can now make your own living terrarium at this hidden workshop in Los Angeles!šŖ“āØ
If youāre looking for unique things to do on the weekend in LA, this workshop shows you how to make your own ecosystem that is low-maintenance and great for beginners to more experienced plant ownersšæ
You can choose from multiple terrarium sizes and add in crystals or even little figures for your plants to grow around. Then, youāll add each ingredient to slowly build up the base of your terrarium so it has everything it needs to grow!
This class is about 1.5-2 hours long and unlike anything else you can find in the areaāØ
