Ready to reconnect with your younger self through art and intuition? 🎨✨
I am so excited to invite you to a very special in-person workshop on June 13th: The Inner Child in SoulCollage®. I’ll be co-facilitating this creative healing experience alongside the wonderful Tierra Ortiz-Rodriguez (@pathwaystomindbodysoul ) at The Jung Center (@jungcenter ) right here in Houston.
SoulCollage® is such a beautiful, gentle way to tap into your nervous system and listen to what your inner child has to say. It’s not about being an "artist": it’s about using images and intuition to discover deeper parts of yourself and find a sense of peace and play. 🌿
We want to keep this space intimate and supportive, so we have limited the workshop to only 20 spots. If you feel called to join us for a day of creativity and connection, I would love to see you there!

Join us for Foundations of Yoga & Breathwork: Pathways to Whole-Body Health — a transformative hybrid workshop with Renata exploring the profound benefits of yoga and breathwork through traditional wisdom and modern science.

Open to all levels, this immersive experience offers practical tools for emotional balance, nervous system regulation, mental clarity, and holistic well-being.

🎓 8 CE hours available for Yoga Teachers through Yogiville Gurukul / Yoga Alliance Professional Development Program
Led by Renata (RYT 500, Licensed Rehabilitation Therapist), this workshop blends Himalayan Hatha and Prana Kriya Yoga with science, posture awareness, and mindfulness practices.
Explore:
• Asana & pranayama for physiological regulation
• Breathwork for emotional resilience & trauma release
• Ujjayi, Kumbhaka, Bandhas, Mudras & Drishti
• Support for nervous, respiratory, digestive, endocrine & cardiovascular systems
• Accessible sequencing & energetic alignment rooted in Yogi Ashokananda’s tradition
•No prior experience required
