I see the mic from both sides now. It’s been a real honour this past month to play so many wonderful stages and share them with other musicians. Every show I go to I am inspired to keep on playing and writing. Thanks to all my friends on every side of the mic and stage
Played my first feature set as a folksinger. Dusted off the cowboy hat and guitar I’ve been so kindly gifted to sing some songs for a half hour. I was honoured to see how many people took their evening to listen to my stories. I have a few more features sets coming for the month of February so please keep an eye out for those. Working towards booking some shows of my own. The other big goal and project I’ve got is home recording an albums worth of tunes. These songs you’ve likely heard if you’ve been to an open mic round town recently. I want to prove what I can do and have something to look back on to see how far I’ve come. Thank you to all who have supported me these past months. I love telling these stories. I snuck in a picture of a younger me dressed as a cowboy. Trying ya do him and all of you proud.
