Hooo boy, this book... Is it time for a lore drop? I think it might be. I have struggled and dealt with PTSD for over a decade. And this book was probably *the hardest* book I've had to narrate to date, due in large part to the accurate portrayal of someone suffering from PTSD, as well as it's impact on the people surrounding the sufferer. That being said, this may be one of my favorite books I've ever narrated for the exact same reasons. I loved watching Liaden and Dean's relationship blossom and grow, to watch Dean struggle with his demons and see Liaden step up. This story didn't shy away from the hard parts, the messy aspects of a relationship with someone with complex trauma. And for that,
@lizziestanleyauthor , I will be forever grateful.
I'm a little late in my announcement of the release of this, but congratulations to Lizzie Stanley, my insanely talented conarrator
@ryanstonenarrator , and
@bluenoseaudio for the release of this audiobook! I hope you all check it out!
