Did you know you can support our rescue by becoming a monthly donor? đ¸
The average surgery costs around $5,000, and hospitalization and ongoing care can easily exceed that. Monthly donors help ensure we always have the funds ready when a dog needs lifesaving care.
Even small monthly gifts make a huge difference, and weâve created 6 donor levels so everyone can be part of helping these dogs:
đś $5/month â Chica Chihuahua Level
đś $10/month â Lola Frenchie Level
đś $20/month â Marley Mutt Level
đś $50/month â Gertie Frenchie Level
đś $75/month â Lulu Frenchie Level
đś $100/month â Petunia French Level
Your monthly support allows us to say yes to more medical cases, surgeries, and urgent care when dogs need it most.

đž Bringing a new dog into your life is a big, exciting decisionâespecially when considering a bully breed! (Frenchies too) Itâs important to remember that this transition isnât just big for you, but for your new furry friend too. Every dog, no matter their breed, comes with their own unique needs, fears, and personality quirks.
⨠So if youâre thinking about adopting a dog, hereâs something important to keep in mind: GOOD THINGS TAKE TIME! â¨
Your new best friend might need some time to adjust to their new environment, your routine, and even you. Be patient and understanding as they settle in. Whether itâs teaching them basic commands, building trust, or getting them comfortable with new people or pets, each step is a part of the journey.
â¤ď¸ Bully breeds are known for their loyalty, love, and strength, but they can also take a little longer to fully feel at home. This doesnât mean theyâre not ready for a loving homeâthey just need time and consistency. So, be prepared for some bumps along the way, and know that your effort will be worth it.
đ Tips for success: 1. Patience is key â donât rush the bonding process. Especially with other resident animals. 2. Consistent training â start simple and work your way up. Seek professional training! 3. Create a safe space â let them have a quiet area where they can retreat when they feel overwhelmed. 4. Positive reinforcement â reward the good behaviors and celebrate small victories!
Remember: GOOD THINGS TAKE TIME. Every step forward, no matter how small, is a victory for both of you! đŞ
Save this post for later and stay patient. Adopting a pet means a commitment for the lifespan of the pet. It doesnât mean bail when things get tough. đđ
Update on our poor momma Frenchie who underwent a horrific at-home C-section đ
We are so happy to share that momma and her babies are now safely settled into a foster home and are doing wonderfully. Momma is finally getting the medical care, comfort, and rest she desperately needed, and she is on the road to recovery.
Thank you so much to everyone who donated, shared her story, and supported her. Your kindness truly made a difference for this little family. We are beyond grateful and canât wait to continue sharing her progress with all of you â¤ď¸
Remember little Foxy who was hit by a car and had a broken jaw? Sheâs been doing amazing and is looking for her forever home now!!
Foxy is a little ball of love. Sheâs a playful girl but loves to be by your side or in your arms. She does great with other dogs, large and small. She has met chickens (she does chase them if given the chance but sheâs not aggressive) and horses. You would never know she got hit by a car and had a badly broken jaw, sheâs completely fearless. She lets kids hold her like a ragdoll and will probably stay under 10 pounds. Foxy is crate trained and does great on a harness. If youâre looking to add a pocket sized coyote to your life, sheâs the girl for you!
ADOPT US!
Jeffy and Parker are a curious and playful pair of bonded sisters! They are little balls of energy who love chasing toys and zooming around with each other all day. Jeffy is incredibly affectionate with people and will spend the day following you around for pets and playtime. Parker loves to climb, play with her sister, and turns into a lovebug once she gets to know you. They both love snacks and sunbathing in the window hammock. They are friendly with other cats in the household. They would do best in a home without dogs and small children. These two cuties canât wait to meet you!
Holy cannoli! Talk about a transformation! Goober has only been with us for two weeks and his skin and fur are looking SO MUCH BETTER! #fostertransformation #mange #fosterdog #adoptme #junebugfoundation

đ¸Where are they nowđ¸
From Earl & Wynonnaâs momma:
We adopted Earl in March 2024, right before our May wedding, and heâs been the most perfect first dog of our own. He loves all veggies and fruits, is happiest splashing around in ponds on hikes, and truly is the bestest boy.
We adopted Wynonna in December 2025 while she was recovering from a dog attack. She instantly became best friends with Earlâthey snuggle nonstop. Sheâs always starving, but sheâs the sweetest girl and does amazing with her three cat sisters.
Theyâve both been such an incredible addition to our family đ
Meet our Foster of the Week: Tiffany! đ¸
Tiffany is truly amazing. Sheâs one of our incredible kitten fosters, always opening her home and heart to babies in need â but her compassion doesnât stop there. She also has a soft spot for Standard Poodles and even fostered one for us!
On top of that, Tiffany is unbelievably generous and continues to be one of our biggest supporters and donors. Rescue takes a village, and people like Tiffany are the reason weâre able to keep saving lives.
We are so grateful for everything she does for the animals and for our rescue. We love you, Tiffany! đžđ
Huge shoutout to @brooklyn.evangeline18 for capturing the BEST photos at our adoption event today! đ¸ You made our rescue pups shine.
And another huge thank you to @moonrakerbrewing in Auburn for always welcoming us and supporting rescue dogs. Weâre so grateful to partner with businesses that help us connect amazing pups with amazing people. đžâ¤ď¸
