Today for Mother’s Day, my brother and I took our mom out for breakfast and just enjoyed the day with her.
Sometimes it’s the simple moments that hit the hardest — sitting there as her two boys, laughing, talking, and appreciating the woman that helped shape us.
I’m beyond thankful for my mother. Through every season of life, every lesson, every sacrifice, and every moment she gave us, I see it more now than ever.
The past helped build us, but today was about being present, appreciating the moment, and enjoying life with her while we can.

Came out to @analiliasriquezas on Cinco de Mayo wanting to try something different. Originally came for the birria, but they were sold out. Ended up switching it up and got the pastor tacos birria style… and honestly, that was the money shot.
The tacos were excellent—great flavor, not overly greasy, and the cheese was on point. Pastor was cooked right, salsa was really good, and the rice and beans were solid too.
The spot itself is low key, clean, and simple—not overdone—but the food definitely makes up for it.
Glad we checked it out. Definitely a spot worth trying if you’re in the area.
