Touching my mid-twenties feels like a horror movie replaying in slow motion. It’s wild to think I’ve lived through half my life already, and there’s still so much out there waiting for me, so many things to see, so many dreams to chase. The journey hasn’t been smooth sailing, but I realize it’s really about the people who walk alongside with you.
I can’t stress enough how blessed I am to have incredible people in my life. They are my hope, my strength, my confidence, and my motivation and every other thing that you can think of. Honestly, they mean the world to me.
For the last four or five years, I’ve been more of a birthday ghost, hiding my special day like it’s a secret. But this year, my beloved friends wouldn’t let me off the hook. They insisted I open the portal and let them shower me with birthday wishes. And you know what? I’m so glad I did. The outpouring of love was overwhelming. I had no idea just how much these wonderful people cared about me until that moment. I felt so lucky as well as blessed to have them in my life. Thank you everyone for giving me such amazing surprise❤️
This year is also a big deal because I’ll be graduating. It’s the first time during my NSU journey that I’m actually celebrating my birthday. As I look back on my university life, I can’t help but smile. The end has been smoother than I ever imagined, and I’m ready to embrace whatever comes next.
