“Have you ever visited the @fornasetti store in Milan? I randomly found myself there while walking around, and it honestly felt more like a small museum than a store.
Italian artist and designer Piero Fornasetti (1913–1988) is known for his surreal and timeless creations. Throughout his work, he repeatedly used the face of opera singer Lina Cavalieri, whom he reportedly became fascinated with after seeing her portrait in a magazine. He reimagined her face in hundreds of different ways, turning it into one of the most iconic symbols of the Fornasetti world.
The ground floor featured a flower installation, while the upper floors were filled with the brand’s iconic objects and collections. Every detail felt like part of a living artwork.

Casa Vicens — Gaudí’s First Dream

Designed between 1883 and 1885, Casa Vicens was Antoni Gaudí’s first major architectural commission and one of the earliest masterpieces of Catalan Modernisme.
The house blends geometric forms, botanical ornamentation, colorful ceramic tiles, and strong Moorish influences — already revealing the immersive visual language that would later define Gaudí’s architecture.
From painted domes and intricate interiors to richly decorated façades, every surface becomes part of the composition.

These days my time seems to move between project visits, new design discoveries, and constantly rushing from one place to another.
Yet somewhere within all the noise, I keep finding myself drawn to the same things:
soft shadows, stone and wood textures, aged metals, quiet spaces, and timeless details.
Lately, I’ve been thinking about why I always return to darker tones.
Maybe because they make light feel more visible.
Maybe because there’s a certain depth hidden inside simplicity.
Over the past few weeks, I started collecting the images, objects, and small details that stayed with me the most.
