Ooobviamente la creatividad no tiene fórmulas.
Al final del texto les cuento qué es este video.
No hay una clave para ser más creativo, pero sí hay métodos y prácticas que AUMENTAN LAS PROBABILIDADES, de que las ideas nazcan y no mueran tan fácilmente.
Una de esas, y la más importante es generar un ambiente de confianza en un equipo.
El sicario más grande de las ideas es el miedo: a ser juzgado, a que se rían, a que te respondan de mala manera, o a que se limiten a ver los errores de tu propuesta antes de intentar rescatar qué es eso valioso que tú le ves.
Pero cuando sientes confianza de hablar, de decir pensamientos rándom, de proponer algo a medias porque sabes que hay un equipo que piensa primero en ‘cómo sí’, antes que ‘por qué no’ entonces hay magia.
Este video fue un mensaje interno que construimos con @juanitavalencias y @Juli.lesfs para el equipo creativo y las demás áreas de una empresa, donde queríamos hacerle saber a todas las personas, sin importar su rol, que necesitábamos su forma única de ver las cosas.
Eso que nos hace únicos, muchas veces nos hace pasar por raros.
Hacer sentir a las personas que justamente por eso estaban ahí y que compartieran sus ideas desde lo diferente que son, es liberarlas de miedos, democratizar la creatividad y darles una herramienta de medición:
Eso se ve raro frente a lo que están haciendo otras marcas? Sí? Entonces posiblemente ya vamos bien.
Liderar equipos es ayudarlos a creer en ellxs mismxs.
This year I had the fortune of being part of the animation program at @lucy.animation . Never felt this kind of belonging before and felt like my career path changed (in the most positive way possible). The people and the experience helped me to reconnect with a part of myself I believed lost and feels so good to know I’m not alone in this journey of animation and storytelling. Very grateful for having such a great mentors like @alejandromesa and @silvilucy.prietov
