Here we go… we’re 2 weeks out and our Derby Party countdown is officially in full swing 🌹🏇 Pardon the spam for the next few weeks, but we’re getting ready for one of our favorite parties of the year. Join us from 1–6 PM for a full day of food, drinks, and music. The outdoor space is fully tented, filled with gorgeous blooms all over the property, and it always feels like a true community gathering that’s equal parts celebration & fashion, with flower walls throughout for all your photo moments. The Golden Peel 🍌🥃 A Manhattan-style cocktail with layered banana flavor in the spirit, dilution, and garnish. The peel is dehydrated and roasted for a Rye sous vide infusion, half of the fruit is pectin-clarified into a banana water, and the other half is transformed into a soft foam. All the elements come together with Sweet Vermouth, coffee bitters, and cocoa tincture, and garnished with a rich foam of banana, honey, and Amaro. A light expression of the fruit, approached with intention, sustainability, and balance. It tends to catch on quickly, one order at the table often turns into the next full round.
