HAPPY MOTHERS DAY LADIES 💐💚 What was your favorite and/or most challenging era of motherhood to date?? Because I’m reflecting and it’s a few eras that I loved and a few that literally almost took me up outta here 🤣🤣

I saw the word CAPACITY twice within the past week. Once in a post from @quadeerateart and I can’t remember where else, but I saw it again. It was never about capability. It was never about competency. But capacity. When the workload increases. When the expectation rises. When the trust expands. Will you be able to hold space for what’s here? What about what’s coming? Over the past few weeks, we produced 1,000 juices for our partnership with SheaMoisture, our largest collaboration to date. And somewhere between the production runs, the long nights, the moving pieces, the constant problem solving and the pressure to execute well… something dropped in my spirit so hard. Growth doesn’t just ask if you’re talented. It asks if your systems are strong enough. If your discipline is stable enough. If your body is rested enough. If your mind is clear enough. If your team is supported enough. Because opportunities will arrive before you feel “ready.” And sometimes the blessing isn’t the opportunity in and of itself. Sometimes the blessing is discovering you’ve built the CAPACITY to carry it. This season is literally stretching me. Mostly in beautiful ways. Necessary ways. Revealing ways. Some agitating, but yeah, I’ll rest in the formers. Lol. I’m learning that expansion requires more than vision. It requires structure. Support. Stewardship (excellent stewardship). Slowness when needed. And the willingness to become someone who can sustainably hold the weight of what they prayed for. 1,000 juices later and God, I’m so deeply grateful. Not just for the partnership, but for the proof that we are growing into the next version of who we are meant to be! 💚
