A YOGA WEEKEND FOR THE SENSES
The yoga weekend takes place at Naturhaus Schorfheide, a tranquil seminar house nestled in the Brandenburg countryside.
Our days there include various yoga sessions for different experience levels. The practice focuses on mindful execution of the exercises and clear, conscious breathing, which is also supported by group singing. In addition, we will create colorful mandalas for visual perception.
Another component of the weekend is sound bowl baths, which contribute to relaxation and the regulation of the nervous system.
The meals during the weekend are inspired by Ayurveda. All meals are freshly prepared, balanced, and easily digestible. Through taste, aroma, and mindful eating, they contribute to a holistic sensory experience.
Beginners and advanced practitioners are equally welcome.
