Back at Korda Studios. 🫶🏻 Around 2009–2012 I kept moving to Etyek for months at a time, when half the film industry moved here and we all pretended we knew what we were doing. (The Borgias series) There were house meetings, a fair amount of chaos, lifelong friendships… (and I even adopted my dog here almost 14.5 years ago.) And of course, lots of laughter… and a fair share of tears.😉☺️ So yes — quite a few things started right here. Good to be back on location. 🎬

This year we shot the #amandaknoxnetflix series, where I somehow ended up as Crowd Makeup Supervisor — a job I rarely take these days (I like having a life after wrap 😅). But with Italian makeup designer @katia_sisto , saying no wasn’t an option! 🇮🇹 We created ’80s movie–inspired Halloween looks, made to feel homemade — perfectly imperfect, just like real life. 🎃 Tiny makeup team, huge fun: @schlissermaria , @vajdazsofi , @dora_kertai , @noragulyas , @rossyebasta , and @aliceespositoalice 💄✨ Thank you all so much for the help and the opportunity Tired? Ez a kép végül sosem készült el. Amikor elkezdtem, intenzív érzéseket próbáltam megjeleníteni a tánc mozdulatain keresztül. Egy ponton elakadtam, és az életem más irányt vett. Több mint egy évig nem nyúltam hozzá, és mire visszatértem, már más ember voltam, más érzésekkel. Ekkor értettem meg: ha egy képet nem fejezek be fél éven belül, el kell engednem. Mert az érzés, ami szülte, soha nem tér vissza. Nem minden képnek kell elkészülnie ahhoz, hogy meséljen. ———————————————————————— This painting was never finished. ✨ When I started, I wanted to capture intense emotions, but a year later I was already someone else. 🌿 I realized if I don’t finish within half a year, I have to let it go. During Covid, I turned to painting again. Around that time I had surgery, so the lockdown actually gave me space to recover — and that’s when I started this piece. Later, when our crew was locked in a hotel room for weeks, I kept working on it there. In the end the painting didn’t survive — I threw it away because the result didn’t feel right. Ezen a héten ünneplem az 5. újjászületésnapomat – 5 éve műtöttek pajzsmirigyrákkal. Hálás vagyok mindazoknak, akik mellettem álltak, és éreztették, hogy nem vagyok egyedül. A legnagyobb köszönet a férjemnek, a partner in crime-omnak, aki erején felül adott, és minden pillanatban támaszom volt. Azt mondják, ha legyőzöl egy ilyen “mumust”, újjászületsz – és ez tényleg így van! Azóta figyelek a testemre, a lelkemre, és soha nem éreztem magam ilyen jól. Ezt azoknak küldöm, akik küzdenek, már túl vannak rajta, vagy egy szerettük vívja ezt a csatát – nem vagytok egyedül! Ha bárhogyan segíthetek, itt vagyok. Boldog újjászületésnapot nekem – és mindenkinek, aki valaha újrakezdte! ✨ ————————————— This week marks my 5th re-birthday – 5 years ago, I had surgery for thyroid cancer. I’m beyond grateful for everyone who stood by me and made sure I never felt alone. My biggest thank you goes to my husband, my partner in crime, who gave more than he had and was my rock through it all. They say that beating a “monster” like this feels like being reborn – and it’s true! Since then, I’ve taken better care of my body and soul, and I’ve never felt better. This is for anyone fighting, healing, or supporting a loved one – you are not alone! And if I can help in any way, I’m here.
