I’ve worked as an audio engineer, production manager, stage manager, and musician for around 18 years and I think I’m finally getting good at it… Grammy-winning artists, touring indie bands, DIY music venues, multi-stage music festivals, wedding bands, even internationally renown Bollywood tribute acts (if that sounds extremely specific, it’s because it’s true lol)
I’ve got a respectable amount of experience under my belt and I am always looking for more!

My first week of being forty years old consisted of pushing my new body to its limits. I averaged 30k steps a day, worked through my balance issues, breathed through asthma, and grounded myself before panic set in. I found solitude when I needed it and companionship when it was least expected.

No smoking weed, only a handful of drinks, healthy food, new friends, more salty air and the thunderous crash of waves. I feel better than ever.
.
When I was chubby I carried it well. But taking control of my life was all I needed.
It was a combination of genetics, poor diet and bad habits, allergies and inflammation, depression, binge eating/drinking, a global pandemic that obliterated my personal and professional finances, and a marriage that was ending. (It may have been a “Fairytale Divorce” but it was devastating regardless)
.
A bit of a rant, and I’m sure this seems inconsequential to many of you. But damn, do I feel alive.
.
I faced my fears of loneliness to find myself in solitude, and I’m learning to trust the universe (people) to take care of me. I’m coming home tomorrow a new man with new perspectives to integrate into my existence.

You owe it to yourself and the rest of humanity to let the world change you.
