Four dreamy days in Tuscany with Claudia Guinness for her ALBA retreat. Great workshops, thoughtful conversation, sunrise walks and yoga overlooking olive groves, plus delicious food cooked by Olivia Cavalli and fantastic Tuscan wine - all in the most beautiful of settings at Villa Arniano. It was brilliant. I cannot recommend enough ✨

My first yoga retreat ✨ Thank you to @sammyrainbowfurnival for being a brilliant teacher and for curating such a thoughtful programme for the week.
Having never done anything like this before, I did not expect to be so affected or moved by it. There’s something very liberating about spending a week practising yoga with a group of strangers, from completely different walks of life, who know nothing about you and who are entirely non judgemental.
Sammy created an environment where there was never any expectation: to participate, to perform, to explain yourself, or to please anyone else.
Given the pressures we all live with - not least the kind we place on ourselves to be better, smarter, funnier, hotter, fitter, more interesting, always winning - it was refreshing to not feel that for a bit.
It was also a joy to share the week with such an empathetic and open minded group of people — THANK YOU all for the conversation, encouragement and kindness you showed me ✨🧡🐒
This place is very special - @kurulubay
Thank you @sammyrainbowfurnival for organising what was my first yoga retreat in such an extraordinarily beautiful and inspiring place.
