Happy Resurrection Day from the Smiths 🤍
It’s beyond difficult to even fathom how Jesus being fully God would subject Himself to such a devastating death for our sake. I look at my children and couldn’t imagine a world in which I would ever hand them over to be beaten, betrayed, ridiculed, and killed for a world that would not even acknowledge or love them.
We thank you Jesus.
Thank you for loving us even when we do not love you or ourselves. Thank you for your sacrifice, your mercy, your greatness, your power.
I pray that anytime you see us, you see Him. We are nothing without Jesus.
And if you are new to your faith, strayed away, simply beginning to wonder what Jesus may be about, just know that He waiting for you. There is nothing you can do that cannot be covered by His grace. Nothing can separate you from His love if you allow Him in.
