I am very excited to share with you all that I started on a project in Dec 2019. The author- Rashmi Mehta had asked me to illustrate the book which was completed in Dec 2021 and has just been published. I appreciate her patience despite a little delay in the project.
It’s a book for children about five learning disabled animal characters. I hope the author releases it soon.
This is the fourth book to that I have contributed design and illustrations.
My friend, Gyani (Gyaneshwar Konjengbam) also contributed to the illustrations in this book. He is a good artist and human being.
Jasbinder Singh, he is from Mumbai, Maharashtra

Your presence will make the evening even more meaningful. 🙏
On 28th December 2025, I visited Vrindavan in the afternoon and experienced a naughty encounter with a small monkey
I shared this incident with my friend, who is a local there but has been out of the city for a month. He told me that it was Radha Rani ki kripa that I was able to visit that place. He said that people believe if a monkey snatches spectacles, a mobile phone, slippers, a bag, or any belongings, then God Himself is playing with them.
I truly realised this during the incident. The small monkey kept running here and there with my spectacles and even broke that. It felt like a divine play that went on for almost 10 minutes. I couldn’t see clearly during that time, as my spectacles were literally in God’s hands. Yet, it became one of the most memorable moments of my life—something I know I will transform into my creativity.
As I shared in my story earlier, my first painting in childhood was a portrait of Lord Krishna, copied from a calendar. After more than three decades, receiving blessings in this way—from the Lord in a monkey avatar—felt deeply satisfying and overwhelming.
Finally, with the help of locals, they played a small trick and managed to get my spectacles back, though they were broken. Luckily, there was a spectacle shop at the end of the lane, and I was able to change the frame. Still, I didn’t wear them again until I reached near the bus stand to take my bus to Agra.
I was a little sad that I couldn’t do proper darshan, but I felt happy and content knowing that I will visit again in the future—this time with a friend to guide me.

This year gave me memories—some beautiful, some heavy, some unforgettable.
I learned, I fell, I healed, I waited, and I grew quietly in ways no one saw.
At 12 AM, I don’t just welcome a new year,
I welcome new hope, new strength, and new beginnings.
I leave behind what no longer serves my soul
and carry forward gratitude, courage, and faith.
To the year gone by—thank you.
To the year arriving—be gentle, be kind, be meaningful 🙏
Happy New Year 2026 😊
Last month I had the pleasure of conducting a stop-motion animation workshop at my alma mater Whistling Woods International(@whistling_woods ) for Design Conclave 2025, in which a lot of students from Design Schools around Mumbai had participated.
I couldn't be more thankful to @jsartdes@yogig91@ani_games_wwi for this! 🥰
Also, thank you for assisting throughout @neelranadive !

Happy International Animation Day 2025!
I remember watching cartoons as a child and slowly realizing that it was called animation. As I grew younger, I knew I wanted to make animation films. After completing my BFA in Painting from MSU, I joined an animation filmmaking course at ZICA under Russian faculty to follow that dream.
The first thing I learned was how static lines could come alive through the magic of animation. I was amazed by the immense effort behind even a short film — which deepened my respect for feature-length projects.
Over time, my confidence grew as I worked in the animation field for about eight to nine years in music videos, films, series before moving into education. For the past 14+ years, I’ve been teaching while continuing to work on art, design, and animation projects whenever opportunities arise.
My creative journey blends traditional, digital, and AI-based practices — beginning with art and design, evolving through animation, and flourishing in education. I’m still pursuing my own IPs to create original animated films, trusting that the right people will join the journey in time.
I create animation to make art and art to tell stories —always open to learning new things that enrich my creative path. In the end, it’s all about communicating emotions through images, whether still or moving.
