📚✨ Our Oishei staff and board members recently completed the Race, Power, Privilege (RPP) training with Open Buffalo as part of our Learning and Engagement phase. This powerful training dives deep into issues of structural inequality, racial formations, and systems of power within our complex, pluralistic world. 🌍💪 RPP is an anti-racism assessment and training program designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the history of race and institutionalized racism. Through this process, our team developed essential tools for dismantling internal and external racial oppression.
