This week we invite JRD to the Kitchen, hereโs what he had to say about his sound!
โI started producing music at 16, but it wasnโt until my first proper rave at Terminal V that I really took it seriously. That experience made me realise what I wanted to make.
I began releasing remixes and edits that gained strong traction online, and in 2024 I played my first gig which then lead into me playing more and gave me a new drive to produce consistently and with more intent.
Since then, my music has passed 2,000,000+ streams, Ive signed tracks to dream label, Revised Records, and Iโve had tracks played by artists ive always watched โ including Vendex, Carv, Restricted, Azyr, Dyen, BLK, Shlรธmo and Stan Christ.
My sound was heavily influenced by Carv and Rekkt, and I knew I wanted to make tracks like that. Iโve got another 3-track EP coming out on Revised Records, and even more mad tracks I canโt wait to release.โ
