It’s here! The result of my first heels class ever, and how fitting to post it on my actual birthday! 🥳
Grateful doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel, because it’s so much deeper than that. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone that came through, the gifts, and for those that couldn’t make it but took the time to message me or talk to me in person 🥹💕 A huge thank you to
@dynamicdancela , who was extremely helpful as we were setting up, to my brother
@jrayvisual for the beautiful lighting and videos, and to
@___ams410 for always being the most supportive boyfriend.
I now have a deeper appreciation for all the teachers that do this on a regular basis, because damn, this was not easy. There’s so much that goes on behind the scenes and during class that people may not always see or realize. So much love and care put into creating art and figuring out all the logistics, whether it’s figuring out a date that would work for most people, or booking the studio space.
I also now have a much deeper appreciation for being a student. It’s such a privilege to be able to come to class and train, where you can really just let loose and enjoy what the teacher already has prepared. It’s a privilege I will never take for granted, so thank you to all the teachers out there for everything that you do! 💖
All in all, teaching was a very fulfilling and humbling experience! Although I was extremely nervous, everyone in class was so patient and supportive, which really helped me to keep going ☺️✨ So again, thank you SO much, everyone!!! 😭💖
