We get it & we hear you… 🤘🏻 You’re worried our sessions might look: - “abit too intense” - “too hard” - “daunting when they’re busy” But we’d much rather this be the case & convince you that you’re up to the challenge, our sessions are scalable to help you build your confidence, our coaches will be on hand to guide (and sometimes drag you🤣) through each session & that a busy session just means a whole lot more atmosphere 🔥 Than have your first impressions be that of a standard, boring, slow paced, commercialised gym with no atmosphere & wotsits for coaches 👀 So how about this… This January when you start back at the gym that doesn’t inspire you, with sessions that you can breeze through & surrounded by people who only give 10% effort at a push, we challenge you to step out of your comfort zone, try the “scary” place, a new challenging session, a new crowd & see what makes the difference between you making it stick this year & dropping off by February 👀

London Marathon 2026 🇬🇧 Might not have got the time I was after, but here’s what really matters: Over £10,000 raised for Maggies cancer charity @maggiesoldham 🧡 in honour of a true friend, all the family & their beloved Dad/Grandad and so much more Brian 🧡 So much has gone into hitting this total I can’t put into words, the marathons, the ultras, skydives, events, support, a team united for a cause, all I can say is thank you to everyone who has played their part in making this possible! It might not bring back the man you lost, but I truly hope we’ve made a difference to you and all your family when it matters most @chunkyb37 along with everyone at Maggie’s who needs their support to get through the toughest of times🧡 I can confirm it’s 100% harder solo😂missed you out there today Mara partner @amy.brierley & final thank you to @katelouisefisher.x for always being there to support the stupid decisions 🤣🧡 Think it’s time for a fishing trip🤣 over and out (for now🫣🤣)

£9,473 for @maggiesoldham with just 4 days to go, you guys made this possible 🧡 Since starting our fundraising journey in August 2025, we’ve achieved something incredible as a community. Skydives, Blackpool ultramarathons, Survive the five, countless Raffles & prizes, Manchester Marathon and this weekend the final box to tick, The London Marathon 🏃‍♂️ If it was meant to be easy, everyone would do it 💭 We are the ones fortunate enough to be able to make that choice, to choose challenge where others have no choice but to face their battle every day. The strongest minds always come out on top 🧡 A huge thank you to everyone who has played their part in what we’ve achieved so far! For those that fight each day & those who fought but no longer need to, you’re always in our thoughts! This last one’s for you 🧡 LDN - 4 days to go 🇬🇧
