Attention to detail is something you recognize the moment you step inside a home.

The kitchen serves as a natural focal point, anchored by a custom black walnut island, marble surfaces, and a fully integrated Thermador appliance suite. A herringbone backsplash, solid brass hardware, a Coppersmith hood, and Waterstone fixtures come together to creating a space that feels elevated.
That same design language continues beyond the kitchen. Custom mahogany doors, including a classic Dutch door, introduce character, while thoughtful elements like a built-in coat and storage area in the garage speak to the home’s everyday livability.
Executed by local design-build firm @jpsconstdesign , the craftsmanship is noticed at every turn. Nothing was overlooked, and each decision reflects a home designed with intention.
