I ran a 5k this past weekend and I couldn’t be a happier girl 🏅
not to get deep on this app, but sometime last year we found out my dad was having heart complications. that lead me to learning about cardiovascular health and the importance of it.
as someone that use to hate running and would avoid cardio at ALL cost, I knew running the @gostlouis 5k was something I wanted to challenge myself to do. I’m so proud that I stuck with it.
shoutout to y’all for being my accountability partners via my ig stories (whether you knew it or not) these past 8 weeks lol we did it chat!
overly thankful for the ability to move my body and run 3+ miles, ahhhhhhhhh

one of my favorite and most fulfilling parts of 2025 was creating @kickinit.kickball
back in september 2024, I knew I wanted to start a cool ass co-ed kickball league. being someone that’s usually shy and more behind the scenes, organizing something like this felt challenging, scary, and way out of my comfort zone but it was also the most rewarding thing I’ve done in a longgg time
I’m so grateful that people took a chance on this thing by signing up, collaborating with me, offering guidance and help, listening to me yap about it, all of it.
hearing that kickball helped people get out their shell, disconnect from the stresses of life, feel inspired… hearing it was the most fun they’ve had in a while or that they’re super excited for the next season, are you kidding me?! I love it here
can’t wait continue to grow this community in 2026 and beyond

this all started as an idea, to create a co-ed rec kickball exprience in stl where people could connect, play and have a good time together in a different way.
now it’s a reality, our first season is about to kick off with 40 players signed up! 🥹 I love this little community we’re building!

went on my second annual nature getaway and this trip couldn’t have come at a better time for me honestly. I spent the day hiking a new trail and the evening in a 200sqf cabin. there’s something about being in the woods that’s so relaxing, it really forces you to be present and bask in the moment. super thankful for times like these.
