🔹 Set Up: Place all soft items (pillows, cushions, etc.) at one end of the room or garden.
🔹 The Challenge: Move all the items to the other side without using your hands!
🔹 Be Creative: Use different parts of the body to carry the items as quickly as possible.
Game Variations:

Can you guess the sport?
This charades-inspired game is a fun way to get kids moving.
Step 1: Make a list of as many sports or physical activities as you can. If you have any equipment at home, grab it to help act them out.
Step 2: One player acts out a sport or activity, while the others guess. See how many you can get in two minutes.
Step 3: If you’re playing with three people, one acts while the other two guess. With four or more, split into teams and see who can guess the most.
It’s a great way to get moving, get thinking and have loads of fun!

With 70% of parents worried about the impact a lack of movement has on their child’s wellbeing, it’s clear we need to make it a bigger part of everyday life. The good news? Getting moving can be fun by incorporating play! Encouraging play and activity from a young age helps build positive habits for life.
