No one warns you about this part of wedding planning…
the parts you don’t even know to plan for.
Not the venue.
Not the dress.
Not even the big decisions.
It’s everything in between.
The timeline that actually works in real life.
Knowing how long things truly take (and what always runs late).
Where to build in breathing room… without losing the flow of the day.
How to protect the moments you didn’t even realize would matter most.
This is the part where most couples start to feel a little lost.
And it’s exactly why I don’t just show up with a camera.
Alongside photographing your day, I offer complimentary planning support through @joyfilledoccasions so you’re not left trying to piece it all together on your own.
Because when your day is thoughtfully planned…
everything feels different.
You’re not rushing.
You’re not second guessing.
You’re not wondering what’s next.
You’re present.
You’re supported.
And you actually get to experience your wedding as it’s happening.
And every single one of my couples says the same thing after:
“I didn’t realize how much I needed that.”
🤍
Hi! I’m Tiffany!
I’m the face behind this account and the camera. Maybe we’ve met before and you’re one of my past clients or maybe you just started following me…
I am a:
- Mama of almost 4 little ones
- 19 year wedding and portrait photographer
- Photography workshop host and mentor
- 9 year wedding planner
- Micro homesteader
- Lover of travel & adventure
- Follower of Jesus
- Hobby gardener
If I’ve learned one thing, it’s how it’s not easy to balance all of that but I certainly try. I’m never bored or without a to-do list… or someone asking me for snacks. 😂

Shout-out to Kara Abbey - Photographer & Content Creator & PhotosbyAW for our new family portraits before baby J joins us.
Planning a March wedding in Pittsburgh is always a gamble:
It might snow.
It might be 70º and sunny.
Or you might get a little bit of everything in the same afternoon.
On Saturday we had sunshine, warm spring air, and then at one point, we had what felt like a tiny tornado blow through.
But honestly? That’s part of the magic of early spring weddings here.
Couples who choose a March date are the brave ones.
They’re willing to embrace whatever the day brings.
And while Pittsburgh weather may keep everyone guessing - true love shows up anyway.

We’re not there to compete-
we’re there to support.
Here’s why coordinators actually love having a strong content creator on the vendor team:
• We don’t interfere with the timeline.
We know the schedule is your masterpiece. We move fast and never hold things up.
• We reduce post-wedding chaos.
Instead of the couple texting you for every behind-the-scenes photo… they already have organized, ready-to-share content within 24 hours.
• We capture the details you worked so hard on.
The florals. The signage. The room reveal. The transitions. All documented in real time.
• We make you look good.
Because when the day runs smoothly, the internet sees it too.
• We understand vendor dynamics.
We know when to step in. We know when to disappear. We respect the hierarchy of the day.
At the end of the day, the goal is simple:
Support the couple.
Support the team.
Protect the experience.
When that’s the energy, everyone wins.
PRO TIP: hire @bespoke_and_beloved or @joyfilledoccasions for the BEST wedding coordination experience!!
If I’m being honest, my ducks are never in a row. I’m just pretty good at making it appear that way.
With three kiddos and one more of the way, life gets wild. Add in homeschooling, micro homesteading, and two very active businesses… my life is full.
However, I love it! Each thing brings balance to the other and fulfillment that I can’t describe.
While I might not be able to take on the number of clients that I use to, I can’t still take on the perfect amount to balance the mom/entrepreneur/homesteader life. It’s simply perfect!
Sip back and relax. 🥂 A wedding planner is your go-to girl on all things wedding.
While a lot of local venues have a venue coordinator, that is far different than a wedding planner that is in your corner advocating for you, guiding you each step of the way, and allowing you to truly sit back and relax.
What is something stressing you in when it comes to planning your wedding day?
Hold the planning, the website is down! 💻
It’s been pitching a fit for a while now, but it’s officially down. Please bear with me as I navigate getting things back online. 🤍

If I’m being honest, 2025 was a rough one.
Life kept sending one curveball after another, but if I spend all of my time focusing on all that went wrong and all that wasn’t right, I would miss the blessing of all the wonderful moments.
So here is to another year full of joy, life, and exciting times! 🥂🍾🤍
I am most excited to meet baby #4 in 2026. What are you most excited for in 2026?
Baby J #4 coming May of 2026!
Baby “Peep” is over half baked and doing well!
🥧🧁🍞
Will we even our numbers or be adding to the little lady population? We will find out in May!
