Guy, it’s the craziest combo: Sauteed shredded coleslaw mixed with scrambled eggs. (I know, I know 😳). I was actually inspired to give it a go when I was cleaning out my fridge and found a half-filled bag of shredded cabbage. I’ve made it ten times since!
