I feel like I always say this on every dance post but it’s been a while since I choreographed something just for the heck of it. Been doing some reading lately and it has been helping me get in touch with my creative side again, but more importantly, it’s been helping me get over the mental block of sharing some of my stuff again even if it’s not “perfect”, as well as being too hard on myself. We just tryna have fun at the end of the day. Big shoutout to the homies for being down to learn and get down with me one time as I get my groove back 🫂 Looking forward to sharing more

I’ve put a few pieces on @gwownups but this one was special because it’s the first time I actually got to dance in my own lil piece for the medley 😄 This medley, this section, the music, the people, and the set building process — everything was all so fun, I’m sad it’s over 🥺 A time was had. 2024 Dump
This year has been an intense journey—in what felt like 3 years packed into one. Things seemed relentless at times, with everything from dance and career, to friends and family, and to facing life’s hard-learned lessons. I often felt overwhelmed yet, looking back, I realize that each obstacle was necessary for my growth. I couldn’t have imagined how much transformation would unfold. I was humbled in ways I couldn’t have anticipated, and I now understand that everything is exactly what was meant to be. I can actually look back and celebrate so much.
What’s clearer than ever is that, despite everything, I am loved, worthy, and capable. I’m eternally grateful for the grace extended to me by friends, family, and some very unexpected connections who stepped in when I needed it most—whether it was a listening ear, career advice, a meal, a place to sleep, or a subtle reminder that I’m still allowed to enjoy life even when I’m at my lowest. And most of all, I’m thankful for my relationship with God, which has given me peace amidst the chaos and meaning in the trials.
2024 was definitely a turning point in my life. In no way do I expect things to get easier, but I look forward to becoming even stronger and wiser.
IG glitched and deleted my stories somehow, so now I’m posting here for them to live somewhere. A couple of things that didn’t get to see the light of day till now. Pushing for more creation, connection, and sharing in the new year 😄 Who’s tryna make cool stuff???
